The big error in todays medicine

We treat the symptoms of the disease in order to fix us rapidly instead of taking time to detect the cause.

We give up OUR responsibility to other authorities, to the so called specialists (doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists…) instead of developing the capacity of knowing ourself better and listen to our own body.

We want our body to work again as soon as possible. Why? To get back to work, meet others expectation.

Instead of a self caring attitude, listening to our body and connecting with what we really need in order to heal, we drug ourself to go back in “function mode”. Ask yourself: Are you truly respecting yourself and taking care of your health?

 

Why do we need a different approach?

Many disorders are the symptom of a unhealthy lifestyle. We lost the connection to ourself and the world. We live a stressed life, doing things for others or trying to fulfill the expectations coming from outside. We start to live a life disconnected from ourself, without respecting and taking care of us. We don’t listen to our intuition and stop feeling ourselves.

So in stead of taking more drugs to quiet our inner voice, we need to reconnect and develop the ability to listen. The wisdom about how to heal ourself is within us. It’s within everyone.

That’s why we need to treat in a complete, holistic way, entering in deeper levels of ourself and heal from within. But How? To start we need a practice of self love and esteem to cultivate the quality of surrender and acceptance. Less ego, more love.
