Dive with me through this new adventure
Today is a really important day for me. It’s the birthday of my baby: Yoga Can Do. This blog, yoga-can-do.com, is just the first step of a bigger project. And as a baby, it will roll out into the world. It will make its first steps and get in contact with first people. As time passes by, it will grow, form a family (Jnana Circle) and mature. I hope it will spread the experience of yoga as a whole and daily lifestyle, completing the picture of yoga in the world as a practice on and off the mat. But let’s stay with the beginning of this story…
Yoga Can Do – The blog
This blog, is a place where you can find out what yoga can do as a complete practice. When I was in India I experienced Yoga in a way, I never had before. Its healing power seemed just endless. Before, I couldn’t even imagine the diversity yoga offers to treat health issues.
It’s a long list, from the well known physical constitution, migraine, snoring, digestive dysfunctions, over mental matters like insomnia and entering into deeper issues with even the power to treat trauma. Not mentioned yet the simplicity and easiness and balance it brings into your everyday.
The excitement I felt about this holistic practice and its huge wisdom about healing, I can’t even express in words. I only knew Yoga is powerful and life changing. And I want to share the amazing experience of yoga as a whole with everyone. For me the yoga experience in India was unique and a transformational process. Let’s see how transformative it will be for you to live a yogic lifestyle.
soul striptease and community
By launching yoga-can-do.com today, I not only open myself, my convictions and beliefs, my experiences and my yoga to you in front of the screen. I open a place for yogic exchange, where the feeling of oneness should become possible. By creating the YCD Community, Jnana Circle, I want to start a platform from yogis for yogis. A place, where mutual interaction and exchange of yogic knowledge helps to connect worldwide yogis.
just the tip of the iceberg
So let’s do it together. Let’s spread the spirit of yoga into the world. Whether you are a teacher, a student or a newbie, if you want to experience everything yoga has to offer, on and off the mat, this is the right place to start. Yoga Can Do wants to show yoga as a whole and clear up the misunderstanding of yoga as physical practice. Because that’s just the tip of the iceberg…
